What would have happened to everyone in Atlas if the Galt motor went into production at 20th Century. The whole world might have eventually looked like Galts Gulch Campground. The Galt motor was the most evil invention ever created by man. It did not follow any known laws of science, and every process and product on earth would be adversly effected destroying commerce and puting millions out of work as well as starting a war. Rearden metal was an improvement to an existing technoligy which is a good thing. Everything can be made better, but the Galt motor is the devil itself. It is a scaleable perpetual motion drive with no stop on. The Galt motor reminds me of the projector invented by the Krell in the film Forbiden Planet. I wonder if the inventer of the Krell Projector, the device that eliminated every last creature on the Krell planet, happened to go by the name John Galt. I think everyone who invents anything has a responsibility to all of mankind, and must never act for their own sake alone. Just some thoughts Guys :)
