I need a citation for a quote from Burke, "A war for the Scheldt? A war for a chamberpot?" It is on page 221 of Russell Kirk's "Politics of Prudence. Burke is responding to Pitt's strategy against France. I think it is in "Regicide Peace." But I can't find it.
