Remember this is the first time we heard the Supreme Court in action on audio. What makes you not think many of these justices were "posing" for the tape recorder. Do you really believe most of these questions were for clarification or seeking answers.
Give me a break. Thomas may just be the most honest of the 9, unwilling to waste time in this game of pretense when he has already done his homework and is only willing to listen to all sides.
Don't you all think we would have learned more had these justices not interrupted the attorneys so frequnetly to score rhetorical points?
