Im curious why he never asks too- its not because the others are just posturing. The discription for supreme court justice has always included involvement in oral arguments. It has nothing to do with liberalism or conservatism, maybe hes just not quite on the ball, though Id like to know if he spoke at the circut level, or maybe pres bush the first only apointed him if he would shut up and vote with Scalia.
