We are seeking 7 million dollars in funding to develop an upscale Family Entertainment Center in Costa Rica. An Executive Summary and Master Planning proposal is available for your review. A Feasibility Study, containing extensive financial data, has been conducted and can also be made available upon request.
The venue will be a multifaceted entertainment and dining facility targeting mainly young adults and families. The attraction will include, but not be limited to, multiple dining areas, billiards, shuffle board tables, interactive and electronic simulation games, traditional arcade games, sports bar, dance club and lounge. We will host community and corporate events throughout the day and evening. Children’s birthday parties will also be held during daytime hours.
