JOE RAUSE IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST CROOKS IN SMITHVILLE,TX.HE HAS A COMPUTOR STORE CALLED SMITHVILLE SYSTEMS AND ONE IN FLATONOIA CALLED PC GUNN.HE WILL RIP YOU OFF EVERY TIME.THE REASON HIS WIFE WAS LEAVING HIM IS BECAUSE HE HAD A KID WITH ANOTHER WOMAN.SAME TIME HIS WIFE WAS PREGNANT.HES IN THE THE PROCESS OF SUEING THE WHOLE TOWN BECAUSE HE DIDNT GET A CONTRACT TO DO A COMMUNITY NETWORK IN SMITHVILLE.FROM WHAT IVE HEARD OF PAUL JOHNSON,JOE AND HIM ARE 2 PEAS IN A POD.
