For several months, I worked as a subcontractor for a primary contractor who had a contract to install Dish Network systems regionally. I am trying to receive payment on a number of systems installed and the agreed expenses. My problem is that he has now decided to either slow pay or no pay me on many of these. How can I get reimbursed for my services and expenses? I have been told that I can file leins on the properties involved, but that can get expensive as some were out of state. I need a solution that can be accomplished fair fast, as this has already affected my credit with several overdrafts due to none payment on these expenses. Any contact sites would be appreciated, or agencies that handle this matter. L.
