Dear Sir,
Recently I came across a US1 billion note/bill bearing the picture of John F Kennedy and it is a 1998 series. It also has a letter of authenticity produced by the American Billionaires' Club. It look very similar to the ordinary US note. My question is, is it real. If it is how can we redeem this note/bill. What is the value of the note/bill
